*Drop-ins are designed for quick questions typically related to your current class schedule. Full advising conversations need more time than the limited amount allocated for drop-in visits. Students who arrive to drop-ins for what is more appropriately addressed in a full advisement appointment may be asked to schedule a follow-up appointment, which we can also assist with if desired. Common reasons that are not appropriate for drop-in visits include but are not limited to: initial probation or suspension discussions, prospective or transfer discussions, hold removal, major changes or reconsiderations, complicated paperwork, and complex admission or entrance exam questions.
